So Why Another Cat
Litter Scoop?
Clumping/scoopable litter does a great
job trapping odor (especially the new crystal blends) and makes
cleaning more economical since you can remove just the soiled litter
and keep the clean stuff. But if you have multiple cats, older cats
with polyuria, or if you miss a day of
scooping, you can end up with a real brick yard. The cheap scoops
just can't handle it. But the DuraScoop can!
The High Cost of
Dumping the Entire Pan
If you've been paying
a premium price for scoopable litter only to end up dumping out
the entire pan (rather than attempting to clean it with a scoop
that breaks, bends or flicks soiled litter at you) it's a tremendous
waste — one that can cost you hundreds of dollars a year.
Throwing away the entire pan completely defeats the purpose of using
the more expensive, scoopable clay litter.
The DuraScoop
makes cleaning a dirty litter pan easier than dumping it.
Even if your litter becomes like concrete, it's no problem for the
DuraScoop. It plows through the toughest clumps and eliminates any
need for lifting and dumping the entire pan. But even if you feel
you must dump the entire pan, the
DuraScoop is ideal for scraping off the nasty clingers that
usually end up on the floor instead of in the trash. (See our litter
cleaning tip.)
