Payment Terms...

If you just requested payment terms, an email was automatically sent to our company with your business name and email address. We will attempt to review your company and, if possible, it's credit history. If no information is available, we will contact you by email to request additional information. In any case, we will respond via email within 2 business days.

If we do not approve terms for your company, it simply means that you are required to place at least three pre-paid orders (via debit or credit card or check) with a value of $200 per each order to establish credit. After this you will be able to submit a purchase order.

How to order products for your retail pet business...

You are now registered to order wholesale from DurAnimals as a reseller of quality pet products. You may order immediately using debit or credit card. After three completed orders you will then automatically be eligible to submit PO numbers to our system and order with Net 30 terms. Payment will be due within 30 days of invoice receipt. For customers with a good payment record we may also offer a 2% discount for early payment at our discretion. Other volume discounts may also apply.

Minimum Orders...

Minimum orders are product specific, but are generally set at one inner pack quantity, which in most cases is six units (eaches). If you order a case quantity, there is a 10% automatic discount on most products. Please begin by visiting our product page

Shipping...

All shipping is by ground UPS. Shipping is FREE. We do not calculate shipping costs per order in advance.

International Orders...

Please note we currently only ship within the continental US. Shipping costs overseas and beyond borders are too prohibitive. If you are interested in purchasing from outside the US and paying the shippng costs, please email us.. Thank you for choosing DurAnimals.
